The NYE Ebonyi Leadership Development Program is designed to equip young entrepreneurs, professionals, students, founders, cooperative members and emerging business leaders with the leadership skills, discipline and mindset required to influence business, community and economic transformation.

Entrepreneurship is not only about starting a business. It is also about leading people, making responsible decisions, communicating clearly, managing teams, representing values, building trust and creating impact. Many young people have business potential but need leadership capacity to manage growth, partnerships and public responsibility.

The Leadership Development Program prepares young people to become not only successful entrepreneurs, but also responsible leaders who can serve, influence, organize and inspire others.

Through leadership training, mentorship, public speaking sessions, governance exposure, project coordination, teamwork practice and ethical leadership conversations, NYE Ebonyi will develop young people who can lead businesses, associations, cooperatives, institutions and development initiatives with integrity and competence.
